30-Day Hardware Return

Unused hardware may be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and original packaging for a refund of the purchase price.

Non-Refundable Services

Installation, setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support services are non-refundable once they have been performed.

Damaged or Defective Products

Products that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for replacement. Please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
